每年日本申請(qǐng)專利的新品種食材多達(dá)千種，《頭號(hào)食譜》節(jié)目組將挖掘這些新品類食材，并邀請(qǐng)全國(guó)知名大廚為新食材首創(chuàng)一道食譜，最終將由美食評(píng)審團(tuán)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試吃點(diǎn)評(píng)，選出每期神奇食材的"頭號(hào)食譜"。
